I organize and accompany a small group (6-8 people) trip for a Culinary Vacation in the Piedmont region of Italy. This is an all inclusive experience including transfer to and from Milan (the nearest international airport), lodging, all meals, excursions and cooking classes. We transfer by private van from Milan to the small town of Clavesana.

The culinary vacation by PerCorsi Culinari is about much more than just food and cooking. This vacation focuses on introducing you to Italian life through a strong sense of family, lots of laughter, and a lot of fun! PerCorsi takes every opportunity to immerse you into the warm Italian culture. They introduce you Northern Italian cuisine with a focus on Piedmontese dishes through hands-on cooking lessons as well as daily excursions.

Piedmont is in the north-western part of Italy that borders France. Thanks to the geographic position, Piedmont is blessed with a unique agricultural biodiversity that makes its red wines (Barolo, Barbera, Nebbiolo, and Barbaresco) so special.  In addition, Piedmontese cuisine ranks among the finest in Italy, so it is no coincidence that the Piedmont is the home of the slow food movement.

Our guests stay in Villa Mascarello, an 18th Century villa that was restored in 2006, preserving its original appearance while providing modern amenities inside.  The Villa includes eight double occupancy rooms with private bathrooms, two large outdoor balconies with views of the surrounding countryside, an indoor porch for relaxing and a large patio for socializing.

In addition to lodging, Villa Mascarello serves as the location for the hands-on cooking classes as well as most evening dinners.
