I am a high school social studies teacher who loves to travel. For several years I have led and planned group travel (student and adult) in both Europe and the Americas. As a history teacher, I have great knowledge in planning historical travel. Whether it is a WWII trip to Europe or a tour of American Civil War battlefields, I am very accustomed to planning a trip that is an excellent balance of history and culture. Along with historical trips, I also specialize in religious travel. Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, and Buddhism are all religions that have wonderful sacred sites to see and I would love to help you fulfill your dreams of a pilgrimage. One of the darkest times in our recent history is the unfortunate events surrounding the Holocaust. While this subject is very sobering, it is also very poignant and important. I find it an honor to create tours of Europe centering on this era of history. Lastly, the recent events surrounding U.S. and Cuban relations have opened the door to many travel possibilities for American travelers to the island of Cuba. I'm excited to be able to now send clients to this gorgeous, fairly untouched gem.
I have travelled very extensively in the United States and have spent a great deal of time in the South, specifically in Florida, South Carolina, and Louisiana. New Orleans and Charleston, S.C. are two of my favorite cities. My insider knowledge of these gorgeous places can be used to your advantage. I can tell you where the locals eat, drink, shop and spend their free-time. Internationally, I have travelled all over Europe: France, England, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and have been to Italy more times than I can count. Rome, Milan, Perugia, Florence, Venice, Amalfi Coast; I am familiar with them all. In addition to Europe, I have been to Israel, Guatemala, and Belize. I have experience planning fun and adventurous Mexican and Caribbean vacations for my clients as well. I would find it an honor to help you plan your trip.
